Privacy Statement:
When using our services you will possibly be requested to provide personal information.  The answers to theses question are voluntary.  Your personal data will be saved and processed according to the German data-protection-regulations.

All personal data collected in the context of the websites of CUBUS AG will only be used for internal purposes.  The processing and use of your data for purposes of advice, advertisements and market research will only occur with your expressed consent.  Your data will only be  passed on to third parties with a statement of compliance for the aforementioned purposes.  Otherwise, no relaying of your data will take place.  You can withdraw your consent at any point by e-mailing webmaster@cubus.com with specification of your identification.

On the CUBUS website other websites are referred to (links).  Before any links are set-up the external sites are audited for illegal contents.  CUBUS AG has, however, no control over the material that is published on such sites and is not responsible for the contents as well as the privacy policies of external sites.  CUBUS AG does not accept any liability for the contents of the sites that are referred to.  Evidence of illegal contents will be checked by CUBUS AG and, if the need be, the link removed.
