The perfect preparation: workshops
Every CUBUS project starts with a thorough consultation, followed by a preparatory, step-by-step workshop. During the 1-3 day long workshop a decision base for the project is developed and the foundations for implementation are laid. The requirements of all involved departments and the capabilities of the software solution are synchronised and as a result a first specification is passed. Together the project procedures are agreed. On request a prototype will be created to help the departments with their evaluation.
